I had a great experience with Boris recently when our A/C stopped working prior to a heat wave. He gave an honest diagnostic without pushing to replace components ‘just in case’ and helped me remedy the issue quickly. I appreciated that he followed up to make sure that everything went well.

It is tough to find a straight shooter in the HVAC business these days.  Boris not only gave me sound advice on my furnace and thermopump, he provided me the most cost effective way of keeping everything working until I replace them.  In addition he provided emergency services in the most timely manner over the cold period.  He was able to explain the issues in a simple way that I could understand.  In the end I am paying less and getting better service!

Boris was very helpful! My air conditioner was broken during some of the hottest days of the summer and my kids couldn’t sleep. He showed up with a last minute appointment and even arrived on time. He fixed the problem pretty quickly and even went over what the issue was. He even followed up to make sure the unit was running properly. He was very friendly and his pricing was fair. I would highly recommend him!

Our a/c unit broke and i called a few other places and they were giving me a week or so for an appt. I ended up finding Boris on line called him right away, and he came over within a couple of hours diagnosed and fixed the problem in minutes. A/C started working right away and explained  to me what had happened.  Great service great guy i highly recommend him for any issues with your heating & calling systems.

I had been using another firm for several years and was not satisfied with service and charges. I called Boris on a weekend as my furnace was not heating and he came by 30 minutes later! He found the problem and fixed it quickly and without replacing any parts (somehow the other company was always having to replace parts etc.). I find B.
